Miling Harrington

Miling Harrington joined Paratus Sciences in 2022 and serves as VP, Head of Legal at Paratus Sciences. Miling has extensive experience advising life sciences clients on a broad range of legal, business and operational matters. At Covington & Burling, she represented life sciences companies in a variety of transactions, including complex licensing and collaborations, manufacturing and supply and other commercial transactions. She began her career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore where she worked in mergers and acquisitions, IP transactions and patent litigation. Most recently, Miling was Senior Counsel at Aditum Bio, where she counseled Aditum and its portfolio companies on licensing, commercial and operational matters.

Miling holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Caltech, a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from Stanford University and a JD from Columbia Law School.
