Ranjit is a technical leader with more than 18 years of experience building AI-powered platforms and scaling high-impact teams across venture capital, biotech, and pharma. Prior to joining Paratus, Ranjit served as a Senior Principal at Flagship Pioneering, where he led digital strategy across multiple ventures including Empress Therapeutics and ProFound Therapeutics and as Vice President of Computational Biology at Ampersand Biomedicines, a Flagship Pioneering company. His previous company experience includes roles at Novartis Institutes of Biomedical Research and Pfizer. Ranjit holds B.S. degrees in computer science and genetics from Purdue University, and a Ph.D. in computational biology from Virginia Tech.
